Dr. Maxwell Seyram Kwame Kumah is an accomplished academic, educational leader, and researcher with extensive experience in Mathematics Education, Educational Technology, and Teacher Education. He currently serves as Vice Principal and Lecturer at St. Teresa's College of Education, Hohoe, Ghana, where he provides strategic academic leadership, promotes institutional development, and advances excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement. He holds dual doctoral degrees in Mathematics Education and Educational Technology & Instructional Design, complemented by a Master's degree in Industrial Mathematics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Information Systems. His interdisciplinary expertise enables him to integrate technology, data analytics, and innovative pedagogical approaches to improve teaching, learning, and educational outcomes. Dr. Kumah has successfully led academic departments, supervised undergraduate and postgraduate research, served as an external assessor, and facilitated numerous national and international professional development programmes for teachers and educational leaders. His research interests span mathematics education, artificial intelligence in education, educational technology, learning analytics, assessment, statistical modelling, machine learning applications in education, and teacher professional development. A prolific scholar, he has published extensively in reputable peer-reviewed journals and has secured competitive research grants and international fellowships. His work is driven by a commitment to evidence-based educational policy, technology-enhanced learning, curriculum innovation, and improving learner achievement across all levels of education. Dr. Kumah is proficient in advanced statistical and analytical software including R, SPSS, Jamovi, JASP, Excel, GeoGebra, and AI-assisted research tools. He combines strong analytical ability with strategic leadership, collaborative research, and a passion for developing innovative solutions that transform education in Ghana, Africa, and beyond.
