‘TEROSA 96’ DONATES PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPES) Standard Post Type

The 1996 batch of Past Students of St. Teresa’s College of Education (TEROSA 96) has donated

Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to St. Teresa’s College of Education, Hohoe, their Alma Mater. لعبة الكازينو

A five-member representative of the group, led by the then Assistant College Prefect (‘A’ Nana), Miss Cynthia Agordzo, made the presentation at the Bishop Konings’ Hall of the College on Saturday, 5th September, 2020.

Speaking at the presentation, Miss Cynthia Agordzo noted that the College had done a lot for them. دي سي يونايتد Therefore, it was time they also contributed to the development of the college. Considering the situation in which the country finds itself, it was appropriate they donated PPEs to enable the College fight against the covid-19 pandemic.

The items donated included; two automated hand-washing basins, four gallons of liquid soap, five thermometer guns, rolls of tissue and two Veronica Buckets

Miss Cynthia Agordzo assured the College that the presentation was not going to be a nine-day wonder but rather, the group would continue to support the College in whichever way possible. She called on the current students to study hard and allow themselves to be molded to become ladies of substance in future. Other members of the group present at the presentation included; Miss Vava Mottey, Miss Diana Dorinda Kwaku, Miss Vida Bimpeh and Miss Genevieve Kpordzih.

Receiving the items on behalf of the College, the Principal of St. Teresa’s College of Education,

Miss Sophia Adjoa Micah expressed her appreciation to the group for the donations. She assured them that the items would be used for the purpose for which they were donated. She called on other year groups to emulate the example set by the 1996 group

She mentioned the insufficiency of students’ accommodation, staff bungalows, the inability to complete the Fence Wall and College Chapel and the absence of an Assembly Hall as some of the challenges faced by the college.

Ms. Sophia Adjoa Micah called on all TEROSA members and other benevolent Ghanaians to come to the aid of the College. She also admonished the current students to think of what they could do help the college and urged them not to wait until they became old students before they think of contributing to the College’s development.

Other Staff Members present at the ceremony were Mr. Bismark Tsorhe (Vice Principals) Mr. Thaddeus Danquah Kokobina (Ag. College Secretary), Ms. Perfect Gladys Addo (HOD, Vocational Skills), Ms. Mary Dogbey (Tutor, Social Studies and St. Agnes Hall Warden) Mr.David Akitty (Senior Store Assistant) and Mr. العاب ماكينات القمار Samson Kodzo Agbodotsi (Senior Auditing Assistant).
